Open and shared data

As a business developer, I am dedicated to helping organizations maximize the value of their digital ecosystems by strategically leveraging open and shared data. My extensive experience in data analysis and visualization gives me a good experience in producing useful data sets. I have been active in the development of open data specifications through the open data workshop and have deep experience in data quality work and open data administration through Metasolutions platform EntryScape. By combining advanced technology with strategic planning, I drive innovation and enable data-driven decisions that strengthen organizations' competitiveness. I help organizations ensure data quality and securely access data as a strategic asset.

Connected scales for food waste

Food waste as open data: I was entrusted with leading the implementation of smart, connected food waste scales in Södertälje Municipality. The project was carried out in collaboration with the nutrition unit at the Education Office and included pilot tests at two primary schools and the City Hall Restaurant. Smart scales automate the collection of data on food waste from the kitchen, serving and plates. This reduces both time and error margins compared to previous manual methods. The initiative has increased awareness of food waste and engaged staff, which not only saves resources and money, but also contributes to the municipality's climate goals. The data is also reported directly to the Swedish National Food Agency and offered as open data.

Public art commissions as open data

Public art as open data: From August 2023 to June 2024, I led the project to make public art available as open data in collaboration with the Art Hall, the Culture and Leisure Office and the Public Works Office. The aim was to increase access to the municipality's art treasure through digitization, which strengthens cultural heritage and creates opportunities for innovative services. By integrating the art in a new GIS layer in the municipality's web map, improved management and protection of the artworks in public works projects was ensured. In addition, an automatic publishing process has been implemented that updates open data on Sweden's national data portal on a daily basis. The project has resulted in increased data quality and accessibility, and created a stronger foundation for future digitization of cultural heritage.
